Molly is a Cincinnati native and graduated with honors from Miami University. She grew up in Glendale and currently lives in Hyde Park with her husband, son, and her furry friends. Before her career in real estate, Molly worked as the office manager for Beck Architecture in the Prospect Hill and OTR area. Her passion for architecture and design was the perfect foundation for her transition into real estate. For many years, she has guided repeat and valued clients, earning the Circle of Excellence and President’s Sales Club awards.

She is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky, so she can navigate clients to find their Havens on both sides of the river. When she has leisure time, Molly enjoys being outdoors; hiking at the Cincinnati Nature Center is one of her favorite ways to spend time. She enjoys supporting her son’s love for swimming and soccer, and is an advocate for the Cincinnati Zoo and related conservation initiatives.

Sara was born and raised in Cincinnati and currently resides inDeerfield Township with her husband, two sons, and her puggledog. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate andBusiness Marketing at the University of Cincinnati and co-oped atone of the Tri-State's most successful home builders. Aftercollege, Sara was a high-end leasing agent and worked as theTransaction Coordinator and Team Administrator at a localbrokerage. Once she perfected the paperwork side of thebusiness, she became the buyer's agent for a multi-generationalreal estate team, where she mastered buyer behavior. Wanting togrow her business by working with both buyers and sellers, shebecame an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) to help sellersprepare their homes in a manner that sets them apart from thecompetition. Her success with both buyers and sellers hasresulted in numerous awards and achievements. In her free time,Sara loves exploring greater Cincinnati with friends and familyand supporting popular restaurants and trendy boutiques.
